About me

I'm Aadarsha, an

I am an ACCA student and trainee at RSMA Nepal whose main focus is audit. At RSMA Nepal I work on audits across a range of sectors (hydropower, banking, insurance and capital investment), which shows me how the same standards apply very differently from one industry to the next. I focus on understanding concepts logically rather than memorising them, and enjoy breaking down complex standards into something I can actually apply.

I've cleared six ACCA papers so far, including Taxation, and I'm now preparing for Financial Management (FM). Alongside my studies and my traineeship, I'm building practical skills in Excel and financial modelling to bridge theory with real-world use. My goal is to become a competent, ethical, and globally recognised finance professional.

My approach to learning

Three steps I go through with every ACCA topic, before I consider it actually learned.

I read the concept properly before touching a single question - memorising a shortcut without understanding it never survives an exam.

Then I practice with real questions and past papers until the logic feels automatic, not just familiar.
